What does it cost?
Nothing. You contribute idle resources your computer isn't using. Electricity cost is typically under $5/month.
How much will I earn?
Depends on network size and your hardware. At launch, a single desktop earns approximately 0.09 $COMME per day. As the network grows, the rate adjusts — but so does the value of what you earn.
Is it safe?
Open source. Verify yourself. The node runs in user space with no elevated permissions. It only uses the resources you allocate.
What happens if I turn off my computer?
You stop earning while offline. Your balance and wallet are safe. The network has a grace period system — long-time contributors have built-up tolerance for downtime.
